2. Subject of the service

Radar Concessioni is an informational service that monitors and reprocesses data from public sources about the tenders for maritime state-property concessions. The information is informational and does not replace the official tender notice, nor does it constitute legal or administrative advice. The Provider does not guarantee any outcome of the tender procedures.

3. Plans and prices

Prices are expressed in euro and include VAT. Current price list:

The Provider may change prices for the future; changes do not affect periods already paid for and are communicated before renewal.

4. Conclusion of the contract and payments

The contract is concluded upon completion of the order and payment. Payments are handled through the provider Stripe; the Provider does not store full card data. The invoice is issued by WAHU S.r.l.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

  • The Pro subscription includes a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee that renews automatically each month, unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month already paid for: from the management area (when available) or by writing to the PEC. No lock-in.
  • The setup fee covers the initial setup of the service and is non-refundable once provided, save for the consumer's right of withdrawal under art. 6.

6. Right of withdrawal — consumers

If you purchase as a consumer (outside business/professional activity) you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days (arts. 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

As this is digital content/service supplied immediately, at the time of purchase we ask you to consent to the immediate activation of the service and to acknowledge that, once performance begins, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 59, para. 1, letter o) of the Consumer Code). If you do not give such consent, the service is activated after the 14 days.

7. Professional / business customers

If you purchase in the exercise of business, craft or professional activity (with a VAT number), the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply and these terms apply, with the jurisdiction indicated in art. 10.

8. “Eligibility check” and “Dossier” services

These are technical/documentary support activities (requirements check, preparation of the application and attachments), provided by WAHU S.r.l. also through partner professionals, on a specific quote. They do not constitute legal advice or representation in the tender, which are reserved to qualified professionals. The Provider does not guarantee the award of the concession.

9. Limitation of liability

The Provider handles the data diligently but does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or the absence of errors, nor the continuity of the service. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in the preceding 12 months. The consumer's mandatory rights and cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence remain unaffected.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. For professional customers, the court of Rimini has exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

The Provider may update these terms; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of purchase. Changes material to ongoing subscriptions are communicated before renewal.

12. Complaints and contacts

For complaints and communications: PEC wahuwater@pec.it. For consumer disputes the EU ODR platform is also available (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
